第1条（サービスの内容と料金）

本アプリは、1日1枚の写真やテキスト（一言）を記録し、カレンダーや統計形式で振り返ることができる「定点観測」アプリケーションです。

本アプリは完全無料で提供されます。アプリ内課金、サブスクリプション、および広告表示は一切ありません。すべての機能を無料でご利用いただけます。

第2条（データの保存と自己責任）

本アプリは「ローカルファースト」設計を採用しており、撮影・設定・生成されたデータ（写真、テキスト画像、メモ、設定等）は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部のクラウドサーバー等への自動バックアップは行われず、端末標準のクラウドバックアップ（Google One バックアップ等）の対象からも除外しています。

端末の紛失、故障、誤操作、またはアプリのアンインストール等によりローカルデータが失われた場合、開発者はデータの復旧を行うことができず、これに関する一切の責任を負いません。

データの保全はユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。本アプリの設定の「データとストレージ」にある「バックアップを作成」で、写真・タグ・設定などを1つのファイルに書き出し、Google ドライブなど端末の外に保存しておくことを強く推奨します。書き出したバックアップファイルは暗号化されていないため、その保管と管理もユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。

第3条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令、裁判所の判決、または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改ざん等
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利（著作権、肖像権、プライバシー権等）を侵害する行為
• その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（免責事項）

開発者は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、バグの不在、特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。

本アプリの利用、または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害（データの消失、機会損失等を含む）について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

アプリのアップデートにより、仕様やデザインが予告なく変更される場合があります。

第5条（サービスの変更・終了）

開発者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、またはサービスの提供を一時中断、もしくは終了することができます。

第6条（利用規約の変更）

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリ内または関連ウェブサイトに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第7条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、本アプリ内設定画面の「お問い合わせ」よりご連絡ください。

Article 1 (Service and fees)

The app is a "fixed-point observation" application that lets you record one photo or a short text (One Line) each day and look back on them in calendar and statistics views.

The app is provided completely free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads. All features are available for free.

Article 2 (Data storage and your responsibility)

The app uses a "local-first" design: all data you capture, configure, or create (photos, text images, notes, settings, etc.) is stored only on your device. No automatic backup to external cloud servers or similar services is performed, and the app's data is also excluded from your device's standard cloud backup (such as Google One backup).

If local data is lost because your device is lost or broken, because of an operating error, or because the app is uninstalled, the developer cannot recover the data and accepts no responsibility for such loss.

Please protect your data at your own responsibility. We strongly recommend using "Create backup" under "Data & storage" in the app's Settings to export your photos, tags, settings, and other data into a single file, and keeping that file somewhere off your device, such as Google Drive. Backup files are not encrypted, so you are also responsible for storing and managing them.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the app, you must not:

• Violate laws, court rulings, or public order and morals
• Misuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties (copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.)
• Engage in any other conduct the developer deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The developer makes no warranty of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, absence of bugs, or fitness for a particular purpose of the app.

The developer accepts no responsibility for any damages (including loss of data or lost opportunities) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

App updates may change features or design without notice.

Article 5 (Changes to or termination of the service)

The developer may change the contents of the app, or suspend or end the service, without prior notice.

Article 6 (Changes to these terms)

The developer may change these terms as needed. The revised terms take effect when they are posted in the app or on a related website. If you continue to use the app after the change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court with jurisdiction over the developer's location.
