1. 取り扱うデータと保存場所

本アプリは、以下のデータをユーザーの「端末内」にのみ保存します。

• アプリ内で撮影・生成・保存された画像データ（写真、テキスト画像等）
• タグ情報、メモなどユーザーが入力したテキストデータ
• アプリの設定情報（リマインダー、スライドショー設定等）

これらが開発者や外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません。本アプリはインターネット通信（データ送信）を行わず、すべての機能がネットワーク接続なしで動作します。

2. 開発者が収集する情報について

本アプリは、開発者によるデータの収集を一切行いません。以下の情報も含め、いかなるデータも外部に送信されません。

• アカウント情報やメールアドレス
• 位置情報、連絡先情報
• 広告識別子（本アプリは広告を表示しません）
• 利用状況やアクセスログ

3. データの第三者提供

本アプリはユーザーのデータを外部に送信しないため、第三者への情報提供は発生しません。

4. バックアップについて

本アプリには、写真・タグ・設定などを1つのファイル（ZIP 形式）にまとめて書き出すバックアップ機能があります。バックアップファイルは、ユーザーが共有画面で選んだ保存先（Google ドライブ、端末のストレージ、Quick Share で送る先の端末など）にのみ書き出され、本アプリがその内容を開発者や外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。保存先のサービスでのデータの取り扱いは、各サービス提供元のプライバシーポリシーに従います。バックアップファイルは暗号化されていないため、取り扱いにご注意ください。

本アプリのデータは、OS標準のクラウドバックアップ（Google One バックアップ等）の対象から除外しています。機種変更時の端末間のデータ移行（ケーブルや Wi-Fi による移行）では、OS の仕組みによりデータが新しい端末へ直接転送される場合があります。

5. サードパーティサービス

本アプリは、開発用の部品として Expo（オープンソースのソフトウェア）を利用しています。これらの部品は端末の中だけで動作し、ユーザーのデータを Expo を含む外部に送信することはありません。本アプリは Google Play を通じて配信されており、アプリのダウンロードや更新に関する情報の取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. データの安全性と管理（ユーザーの権利）

ユーザーのデータは端末内にのみ保存されるため、OSのセキュリティ機構によって自動的に保護されます。本アプリの画面ロックや端末のロック機能を利用することで安全性を高めることができます。

本アプリの画面ロックは、端末の生体認証（指紋・顔）または端末のロック（PIN など）を利用します。認証は OS が行い、本アプリは認証に成功したかどうかだけを受け取ります。指紋や顔のデータが本アプリに渡ったり、保存・送信されたりすることはありません。

また、ユーザーはアプリ内から任意のデータを削除できるほか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのデータを端末から完全に消去することができます。ユーザーが書き出したバックアップファイルは、保存先から別途削除してください。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内で通知します。

1. Data handled and where it is stored

The app stores the following data only on your device.

• Images taken, created, or saved in the app (photos, text images, etc.)
• Text you enter, such as tags and notes
• App settings (reminders, slideshow settings, etc.)

None of this is ever sent to the developer or to external servers. The app does not communicate over the internet (it sends no data), and every feature works without a network connection.

2. Information collected by the developer

The developer does not collect any data through the app. No data of any kind, including the following, is sent outside your device.

• Account information or email addresses
• Location or contact information
• Advertising identifiers (the app shows no ads)
• Usage data or access logs

3. Sharing data with third parties

Because the app never sends your data outside your device, no information is provided to third parties.

4. Backups

The app has a backup feature that exports your photos, tags, settings, and other data into a single file (ZIP format). The backup file is written only to the destination you choose in the share sheet (such as Google Drive, your device storage, or another device via Quick Share), and the app never sends its contents to the developer or to external servers. How your data is handled by the destination service is governed by that service provider's privacy policy. Backup files are not encrypted, so please handle them with care.

The app's data is excluded from the operating system's standard cloud backup (such as Google One backup). When you move data between devices when switching phones (by cable or Wi-Fi), the operating system may transfer the data directly to the new device.

5. Third-party services

The app is built with Expo, a set of open-source software components. These components run only on your device and never send your data to Expo or anywhere else. The app is distributed through Google Play, and information about downloading and updating the app is handled under Google's privacy policy.

6. Data security and control (your rights)

Because your data is stored only on your device, it is protected automatically by the operating system's security features. You can make it more secure by using the app's screen lock or your device's screen lock.

The app's screen lock uses your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint or face) or your device lock (such as a PIN). Authentication is handled by the operating system, and the app receives only whether it succeeded. Your fingerprint or face data is never passed to the app, stored, or sent anywhere.

You can also delete any data from within the app, and uninstalling the app completely removes all data from your device. Please delete any backup files you have exported separately from where you saved them.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

The developer may revise this policy as needed. If there are significant changes, you will be notified in the app.
